Return Conditions

LUNA wants to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept merchandise in its original condition in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. For all returns, please include a copy of the original invoice.

  • Full price merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Sale merchandise must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
  • LUNA reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in LUNA’s sole discretion.

Merchandise returned to will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Return Guidelines

    1. Include a copy of your original invoice with the return shipment.
    2. Provide a return reason code next to the applicable item(s) on your invoice.
    3. Ship your return package to the address provided below.

Please be sure to request a tracking number and adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.

LUNA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

Exchanges cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. Please return the original item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions or guidelines above. A new order can then be placed on as an exchange for the returned item. Please note new orders are subject to availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Warranty Information

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact us at 505-553-2739 and we will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible. We will send you a new, undamaged item at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our return service as outlined above.

At Luna, we offer a one year warranty on our handbags and small leather goods. If you experience any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, please contact us at 505-553-2739, and we will work with you to address the issue.
