How To Make a Return
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, click here to submit your return request. Within 1-2 days, you will receive an email with a return shipping label. Just place your item(s) back in the original packaging, attach the return shipping label and take to any authorized UPS shipping center as noted.
Return Policy
Please note – returns can be made within 14 days of receipt and will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt. All special orders, pre-orders, and items on sale for 30% or more are final sale and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.
For all returns, a shipping & handling charge will be deducted from any form of credit given. Charges will be as follows:
Returns sent back to the LUNA by LaVoie distribution facility will process approximately 1-2 weeks from the time when we receive your return. Any refunds processed will be credited back to the original payment method and will post to your account 1-3 business days after the date of processing. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
You will be notified by email when your return is processed. At this time, we are unable to offer an exchange or store credit for any reason.
